The Bridge for Heros Charity Funfair Stall

Gray's Funfair Rides is a proud sponsor of The Bridge for Heros and we host the annual "Picnic In The Park" in King's Lynn for this charity.

The Bridge For Hereos provides direct and immediate support to serving veteran and families of Her Majesty's Armed Forces.

King's Lynn Norfolk became home to the first contact centre for The Bridge for Heroes in June 2011. The idea behind the concept was to have a walk in facility on the high street. The strapline of the charity is "Wounds are not always visible". This focuses on the fact that many people are suffering but not from any obvious injury. Personnel from all the armed forces can walk in for a tea or coffee; they find the facility is there for them to sit and have a chat with the charity's volunteers. They also support families who are dealing with a loved one being away on active duty.
